Joining and setting up our childcare voucher scheme couldn’t be easier for your employer – and we’ll be here to help every step of the way.

Below shows you how the scheme works for your employer:

  • Having recommended Accor Services to your employer, we would get in contact with the relevant person and take them through our childcare voucher scheme
  • If they want to go ahead, your employer would then normally sign a service agreement with us
  • Working parents like yourself would then enrol onto the scheme, usually by completing a salary sacrifice form.
  • Your employer would then order Accor Services Childcare Vouchers
  • Childcare Vouchers would then be sent to you and other working parents, or credited to online accounts on a date specified by your employer
  • The childcare provider redeems paper vouchers or electronic vouchers
